DELIVERY TIME
After you have confirmed the order, our salesperson will contact you by phone as soon as possible to confirm the order and your information.
The period within which our salesperson will contact you is usually 2-3 working days. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week.
From that moment, the delivery period is a maximum of 5 working days in the case of cash on delivery.
For orders whose payment is made by payment in a bank or post office, the deadline for payment is 3 working days from the day of order confirmation, and the delivery deadline is 5 working days from recording the payment. Usual delivery time is 2 days.
RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT
Couriers bring shipments to the delivery address between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please ensure that during that period there is a person at the address who can collect the shipment, about which you will be informed by SMS message. When picking up the shipment, you need to visually inspect the package to make sure there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately.
If the shipment is apparently undamaged, feel free to collect the shipment and sign the courier’s address book.
The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. The usual practice is that if the courier does not find you at your address, he calls you on the phone number you left when creating the purchase order and arranges a new delivery date. If he still does not find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you in order to establish the reason for non-delivery and agree on resending.
PRODUCT DELIVERY PRICE
Delivery is charged according to the price list of AKS courier service.
DECISION ON CHARGE FOR TRANSPORTATION OF DELIVERY OF SOLD GOODS TO CUSTOMERS
The delivery of goods sold over the Internet (online sale) will be done by hiring express mail, the end consumer – the buyer pays the costs of the same.
NOTE: Mattresses that express mail does not accept to drive are charged according to the decision.
Each delivery of sold goods up to 10 km (both directions) is charged RSD 500.00.
Each delivery of sold goods over 10 km is charged in proportion to the mileage (e.g. up to 10 km – 500.00 RSD, up to 20 km – 1,000.00 RSD…)
