1. When picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there are visible damages on it (torn parts and crushing), you should not take the package. In this case, please call us at 022/479-126 or send us an e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone) at podrska@andrijasevic.rs and state the reason why you refused to collect the package. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.

2. If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is incorrect, please call us at the latest within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment by phone at 022/479-126, or send e-mail with your data (name, surname, phone) to the address podrska@andrijasevic.rs and describe what kind of problem you have. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.

3. If non-conformities appear on the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, please act in the manner defined by the Rulebook on consumer complaints for goods purchased through an online store (download). You should send the goods together with the complaint request form (download) to the address Andrijašević company doo (with an indication for the web shop), Industrijska no. 37, Ruma.
