What are the payment methods for goods?
You can pay for the goods in cash by cash on delivery, money order at a bank or post office, or by payment/credit card. If you pay by money order, the deadline for payment is 3 working days. We will send the goods to you after the recorded payment.
Is postage included in the price?
Postage is paid according to the price list of the AKS courier service or if it is in a place where we have a retail store, then it is free.
I ordered a product by mistake. Can I cancel an order?

What happens if the goods I receive are damaged? Can I replace it and how?
It is possible to replace damaged goods, and the method and conditions under which you can do this are described in the Complaints category.
Is delivery outside Serbia possible?
At the moment, there is no possibility of delivering goods outside the territory of Serbia.
How do I know that I have ordered for sure?
If, after ordering, you received an e-mail from us with order confirmation or if you were contacted by the seller, be sure that your order has been registered.
I forgot my password to access my account. What should I do?
You need to click on the Login/Registration button and then on the Forgot Password link, after which you will need to enter your e-mail to which we will send you a password reset link.
What are the delivery deadlines?
After you have confirmed the order, our salesperson will contact you by phone as soon as possible to confirm the order and your information.
The period during which our salesperson will contact you is usually 2-3 working days. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week.
From that moment, the delivery period is a maximum of 5 working days in the case of cash on delivery.
For orders whose payment is made by payment in a bank or post office, the deadline for payment is 3 working days from the day of order confirmation, and the delivery deadline is 5 working days from recording the payment. Usual delivery time is 2 days.
