With the arrival of new trends, new types of mattresses are introduced. People often hesitate about choosing a bed with or without springs. In the world, more than 70% of the population uses mattresses with a wire spring core (WJC). It’s a Bonnell type.

The springs that make up the core soften the strength of the wire in the mattress and ensure air circulation and, therefore, the maintenance of hygienic conditions. The exceptional ventilation that is present here prevents the creation of moisture and, therefore, the creation of a large number of mites. This feature has an ideal advantage where a large number of users appear on one mattress (hotels, spas, hospitals…). Contrary to the aforementioned mattresses, mattresses without WJC have a lower permeability regardless of their structure. Hence, they provide a great ability to retain moisture. Because of these characteristics, their base must be breathable, the best ones are slats because they provide good air circulation. Their advantage over mattresses with WJC is that they adapt to the shape of the body to a greater extent. In addition, they are flexible and can be placed on moving surfaces.

Higher quality mattresses with WJC from our program can last more than 30 years, but we recommend replacing them every 7 years. Because that is the time for which you will change your needs.

The warranty for mattresses with a wire spring core is 5 years for the wire spring core, and for the ECONOMY and STANDARD mattress itself, 24 months; LUX and De Lux 24 months; ANTIALERGICO AND ORTOPEDICO 36 months.

While NATURAL LATEX, NATURAL COCO and MEMORY FLEX mattresses without a wire core have a 24-month warranty.
