Guarantee and quality
We produce wire spring cores from patented high-carbon wire made according to the international standard DIN 17223-84, with a diameter of 1.3; 2.2 and 2.4 mm.
The height of the core can be adjusted from 86-140mm.
The springs are made according to the BONNEL system and are used in the furniture industry as a raw material for the production of couches, French beds and stylish furniture with reinforcement (coil or flat) or without reinforcement. We make the core in 22 standard dimensions, and it is possible to make any size according to the customer’s request.
Wire spring cores are packed in rolls during transport to reduce transport costs.
The customers of our wire spring cores are the largest systems in the production of upholstered furniture.
