STATEMENT OF CONVERSION
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).
For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
VAT STATEMENT
VAT is included in the price of the product.
DELIVERY OF GOODS AND TERMS OF DELIVERY
Products ordered via the Internet will be delivered to you by courier service within 5 working days from the day we confirmed your order. The courier service will inform you via SMS that the shipment has been picked up by ANDRIJAŠEVIĆ DOO, and that you can expect its delivery.
Delivery is charged according to the price list of the AKS courier service. In case of cancellation of the purchase and return of the item, i.e. in case of replacement of the ordered item, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Couriers of an external company that delivers goods for us bring shipments to the delivery address between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays and until 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Please ensure that during that period there is a person at the address who can collect the shipment. The courier will attempt to deliver the package twice.
If you place your order by 12:00, you can expect the order to arrive at your indicated address within one working day.
The usual practice, if the courier does not find you at the address, is to call you on the phone number you left when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If he does not find you at the address even within the agreed time, the shipment will be returned to us and in that case it will be considered that you have abandoned the order and that you have terminated the contract. We will certainly contact you in order to establish the reason for non-delivery, and to agree on a possible resend.
DECISION ON CHARGE FOR TRANSPORTATION OF DELIVERY OF SOLD GOODS TO CUSTOMERS
The delivery of goods sold over the Internet (online sales) will be done by hiring express mail, the end consumer – the buyer pays the costs of the same.
NOTE: Mattresses that express mail does not accept to drive are charged according to the decision.
Each delivery of sold goods up to 10 km (both directions) is charged RSD 500.00.
Each delivery of sold goods over 10 km is charged in proportion to the mileage (e.g. up to 10 km – 500.00 RSD, up to 20 km – 1,000.00 RSD…)
COMPLAINTS – RETURN OF GOODS AND FUNDS
Return of goods
If you have received the shipment and found that the product does not suit you or for any reason you want to cancel the purchase, the cancellation period is 14 days from the day of receiving the item.
In case of cancellation of the purchase, you have the right to exchange the ordered article for another or to have your money returned.
In order to exercise any of your rights when returning a purchased product, the ordered goods must not be damaged or worn by use, they must be returned in their original packaging, with an attached invoice, a signed correction order, as well as a completed cancellation form, which together with the notice from Article 27. paragraph 1. and 2. can be downloaded here.
In case of cancellation of the purchase, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
If you decide to order another item in exchange for an amount greater than 2000 dinars, you also bear only the direct costs of returning the goods.
If you have decided to exchange or cancel the purchase, you need to inform us by calling 022/479-126 or send us an email to the address info@andrijasevic.rs in order to receive the necessary instructions regarding the exchange or refund.
You can send the purchased product together with the necessary documentation via the courier service of your choice, to the address Industrijska 37, 22400, Ruma.
The ordered article, without prior contact and agreement with the operators of the online store, which is listed above, cannot be exchanged/requested money on your own initiative in any of the ANDRIJAŠEVIĆ retail stores or sent to the addresses listed in the address book.
After receiving the returned item within 5 working days from the day of receiving the returned item, you will be sent another item in exchange or the money will be refunded to your current account. The refund to the buyer who does not have an open current account will be made electronically by postal order within 7 days from the day of receipt of the returned shipment.
Refunds
Refunds are made exclusively in the above mentioned ways and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.
We really strive for delivery without any errors, but if by chance you find upon receiving the shipment that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is incorrect, please call us by phone at the number 011 within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment at the latest /406-7501, or send an e-mail with your data (name, surname, phone) to the e-mail address info@andrijasevic.rs and describe the problem. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.
Rulebook on the procedure and method of resolving complaints via the website
Clause 1 With this rulebook, the merchant regulates the manner, conditions and procedure for resolving consumer complaints (complaints) due to the non-conformity of goods through the website www.andrijasevic.rs and the merchant’s powers, obligations and responsibilities regarding exercising the consumer’s right to complain.
Clause 2 A consumer, in terms of this rulebook, is any citizen who buys products for personal and family needs via the Internet on the website www.andrijasevic.rs.
Clause 3 The consumer has the right to complain about the purchased product within two years from the date of purchase.
Clause 4 The complaint request can only be submitted by mail to the following address: Industrijska 37, 22400, Ruma.
When submitting a complaint request, the consumer is obliged to:
Clause 5 The merits of the complaint request are determined by the competent commission. The response to the reported complaint will be sent to the consumer within 8 days from the day of receipt.
Clause 6 If the delivered product does not conform to the contract, the consumer has the right to demand from the seller to eliminate the non-conformity, without compensation, by repair or replacement, or to demand a corresponding reduction in price or to terminate the contract with respect to the goods.
Refunds to consumers who do not have an open current account will be made electronically by postal order within 7 days of canceling the purchase.

REFUND
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, www.andrijasevic.rs is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro methods payments, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account at the seller’s request.

Our internet sales service will try to check as soon as possible whether we are able to provide you with the ordered article. If such a possibility exists, on the day of dispatch of the ordered item, we will send you an e-mail in which we will inform you that the ordered item is available, as well as when you can expect the courier service, thereby accepting your offer to conclude the contract. If you have ordered several items, we will try to inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide you with all the ordered items, but the contract will be concluded only when we send you an e-mail informing you when you can expect the courier service.
If for any reason we are not able to provide you with the ordered item (if it is no longer available or if it is a defective item – feleric model), you will receive an e-mail in which we inform you that we are forced to cancel your order. In that case, the contract will not be concluded.
We strive to keep the sizes and models on the website up-to-date, but due to the dynamics of the market and the number of retail stores in Serbia, there is a possibility that in certain cases the ordered product will no longer be available in our warehouse.
In the event that, after the order has been placed, it is determined that the wrong price has been marked on the website in relation to the ordered model, the merchant will try to inform the consumer as soon as possible about the observed error and the exact amount of the price that was valid for the ordered model at the time of the order.
In that case, the consumer has the right to pay for the ordered model according to the retail price that was valid for the ordered model at the time of the order, or to cancel the order.
