Withdrawal from the contract, at a distance

According to the Law on Electronic Commerce, purchases on our online store www.andrijasevic.rs is considered a distance purchase. Accordingly, the Law on Consumer Protection (Article 28) defines the right of the buyer to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance without giving any reason, within 14 days from the moment the goods arrive in the country of the consumer, i.e. a third party designated by the consumer , without being the carrier (Article 29).

In order for the consumer to exercise this right, it is necessary to fill out the purchase withdrawal form, which he will receive with the invoice. The costs of returning the goods according to Article 35 shall be borne by the consumer, i.e. customer. The consumer has 14 days from the moment of sending the form to return the goods.

The goods must be unused and returned in the original packaging. The merchant’s obligation is to refund the funds to the customer’s account specified in the form within 14 days.

Costs of reduced value of goods are determined in the amount of 30% of the cost price of the goods sold.

The consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the trader has agreed to bear them or if he has not previously informed the consumer that the consumer is obliged to pay them.
The consumer will not be responsible for the reduced value of the goods in the event that the trader has not provided him with a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 27, paragraph 1, point 4 of the Law on Consumer Protection.
